Prior to his corporate career, Erik devoted two years to an ecclesiastical service mission in São Paulo, Brazil. This experience broadened his perspective and instilled in him a deep sense of service and community.
Erik has been happily married for 16 years and is the proud father of two boys. His family is a constant source of inspiration, reminding him of the importance of his work in shaping a better future for the next generation.
